Peter Teakle Wines was launched in 2017 after Peter purchased the former Delacolline Winery Estate early in 2016.

Peter has a passion for the wine industry, having being a part of the world’s best wine label printing business for over 40 years. Peter also managed a vineyard on Akuna Station in the Riverland for many years, so this Port Lincoln vineyard is the combination of passion and experience for wines and his first release is a testament to this. In 2017, Peter Teakle Wines released two whites and two reds.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay use Adelaide Hills grapes and are filled with flavour and recognisable characteristics of the popular wine region. The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon celebrate the best of Clare Valley red grapes and are proving to be the popular choice for those who try Peter Teakle Wines.

The finest addition to our collection has been the release of Peter’s first ‘estate’ wine – with the 2017 Riesling bottled with passion that came from over 12 months of care and attention.
