Producer In Residence - Adelaide Central Market
The ‘team’ from Peter Teakle Wines and The Line & Label headed to Adelaide for 3 weeks to be the “PRODUCER IN RESIDENCE” at the Adelaide Central Market!
What an amazing opportunity to not only showcase our local seafood and wine, but to inform people about the Eyre Peninsula and what we all have to offer. The emphasis was focused upon our award winning restaurant, The Line & Label, our sister company the Limani Motel, collaborative package with Coffin Bay Oyster Farm Tours - “The Ultimate Foodie Experience” and the vineyard at Peter Teakle Wines, plus more!
Peter Evans even made a guest appearance and cooked along side our resident Chef Josh Harris from the Line & Label. The ocean jacket snout proved to be very popular and has since been named in the WORLD’S top 21 best dishes of 2018…CONGRATULATIONS!!
